When you submit a contact form, website audit request, or leave a message via the Jarvis chat assistant, I collect:

This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry or deliver your audit report. I do not add you to any mailing list or share your details with third parties.

Analytics

I collect basic, anonymous analytics to understand how people use this website. This includes:

• Pages visited
• Your IP address (used to count unique visitors, not to identify you)
• Device type (mobile, desktop, or tablet)
• Referring website (how you found this site)
• Date and time of your visit

This data is collected server-side. No tracking cookies are used. No data is shared with Google Analytics, Facebook, or any other third-party analytics service. The data is stored in my own database and used only to understand traffic patterns.

• CSRF token (XSRF-TOKEN) — Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Essential for security.

I do not use any advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party cookies. No cookie consent is required for strictly essential cookies under UK PECR regulations, but I display a notice for transparency.

• To understand how visitors use the website so I can improve it

• Contact form submissions — Kept until the enquiry is resolved, then archived. Deleted upon request.
• Analytics data — Kept for up to 12 months, then automatically purged.
• Chat conversations — Kept for up to 6 months for quality improvement, then deleted.
